Moqdisho (Ogadentoday Press)- The Somalia National TV and Radio Journalists based in Muqdisho, Somalia Capital dead in the suicide explosion that took place near Somali Presidential palace on Thursday.According to an eyewitness, two suicides bombers are behind the explosion.Somali police officer speaking to Somali Channel TV said that 14 people are killed in explosion; among them are The Somalia National TV head and the Head Programmers’ of Somali National TV, Adding that also, state Radio, and Somalia Democracy Radio reporters are killed.The village restaurant where explosion took place is center of the media journalist and near to the Somalia National Theater and Somalia Presidential place.

Moqdisho (Ogadentoday Press)- The Somalia National TV and Radio Journalists based in Moqdisho, Somalia Capital dead in the suicide explosion that took place near Somali Presidential palace on Thursday.


According to an eyewitness, two suicides bombers are behind the explosion.

Somali police officer speaking to Somali Channel TV said that 14 people are killed in explosion; among them are The Somalia National TV head Liibaan Nuur Cali, and the Head Programmers’ of Somali National TV Cabdi Sataar Daahir Sabreye. Adding that also, state Radio, and Somalia Democracy Radio reporters are killed.

The village restaurant where explosion took place is center of the media journalists and near to the Somalia National Theater and Somalia Presidential place.

The wounded journalists are Maxamed Xuseen Gentelman, Somalia National TV, C/laahi Maxamed Cali Suldaan iyo C/kariin Guutaalle of Kulmiye Radio and C/risaaq Shiino who is reporter of Kulmiye Radio.

Meanwhile civilians are killed in the explosion but the mostly are targeted the journalists.

The attack comes as new Somalia President vows to restore the security after Last week Alshabaab launched a failed assassination bid against the newly elected president, and killed three soldiers.
